I just wanted to let everyone know what a GREAT experience I had with Joe from We Ride By Train, yesterday 12/20/2012.
I had placed an order on 12/17/12 for a hat for my son as his Christmas gift. When I emailed the company yesterday to check on the status, Joe responded with in 5-10 min of sending that email!! I was so impressed! He informed me that for some reason, it didnt seem that my order had gone thru & of course I went into paic mode ;) I asked Joe to call me (I'm out in Cali) & I recv'd a call right away. Joe informed me that he would take care of almost 90% of the overnight fee so that I could still receive the hat for my son in time for Christmas. I ws overjoyed since this is something that my son wants really bad. I was driving @ the time when I was talking to Joe & I wasnt going to be home for about 2 hrs so I did not have a way of putting the order thru until after I got home. Joe emailed me the overnight tracking # & sent the order without even getting my order again!! This is OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Who would send you a product without you having paid for it in advance!! I was able to get my order thru this morning, 12/21. This goes to show that there are still people in this world that care about meeting customer expectations!! So I just wanted to send this note so that people out there know what a great company this is!! My sons Christmas gift will be arriving by Mon, 12/24!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE FOR GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY!!
